Delight in these cheesy, flaky biscuit bombs with gooey mozzarella inside, perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
Dough

Pillsbury Grands buttermilk biscuits
4
sticks
mozzarella string cheese
(each cut into eight parts)

tablespoons
unsalted butter
(melted)
1
tablespoon
finely minced garlic
2
tablespoons
finely chopped parsley
A pinch
sea salt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Separate biscuits, flatten each to ¼ inch thickness, and cut mozzarella into 8 pieces per stick.
Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt. Place mozzarella pieces on each dough circle, fold over, and seal.
Brush each ball with garlic butter mixture and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden. Brush with remaining garlic butter and serve warm.
Notes
Ensure the seam is placed downward to prevent opening during baking.
