Delight in these cheesy, flaky biscuit bombs with gooey mozzarella inside, perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 package Pillsbury Grands buttermilk biscuits
  • 4 sticks mozzarella string cheese (each cut into eight parts)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • A pinch sea salt fine sea salt

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Separate biscuits, flatten each to ¼ inch thickness, and cut mozzarella into 8 pieces per stick.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt. Place mozzarella pieces on each dough circle, fold over, and seal.
  • Brush each ball with garlic butter mixture and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden. Brush with remaining garlic butter and serve warm.

Notes

Ensure the seam is placed downward to prevent opening during baking.
