1packagePillsbury Grands buttermilk biscuits(8-count)
4tablespoonsunsalted butter(melted)
2tablespoonsfinely chopped parsley
4sticksmozzarella string cheese(cut into 8 pieces each)
1tablespoonminced garlic
a pinchsea saltfine sea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Flatten biscuit halves and place mozzarella pieces in the center. Seal into balls.
Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt. Brush over the dough balls.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
Brush with remaining garlic butter and serve warm.
