These cheesy, gooey biscuit bombs are perfect for a quick snack or appetizer, combining flaky biscuits with melted mozzarella and flavorful garlic butter.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 package Pillsbury Grands buttermilk biscuits (8-count)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 4 sticks mozzarella string cheese (cut into 8 pieces each)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • a pinch sea salt fine sea salt

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Flatten biscuit halves and place mozzarella pieces in the center. Seal into balls.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt. Brush over the dough balls.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Brush with remaining garlic butter and serve warm.
