A delightful pumpkin roll with a lightened-up cream cheese filling, perfect for fall gatherings.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare pan and towel.
Mix dry ingredients; beat eggs and sugars, then add pumpkin. Combine with dry ingredients.
Pour batter into pan, bake for 12-15 minutes, then turn onto towel and peel paper.
Roll cake in towel, cool, then unroll and spread cream cheese mixture. Reroll and chill.
Slice, serve, and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
Ensure not to over-mix the batter for a light texture.
