avocados, pitted and diced

Instructions
Pat the salmon dry and season with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Grill salmon skin-side down for 5 minutes.
Flip and cook for 3-4 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Mix diced avocado, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and jalapeño to make salsa.
Let salmon rest for 2 minutes, then top with avocado salsa and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the salmon with the seasonings for 15 minutes before grilling.
