Instructions
Rinse rice, then cook in boiling water or broth for 15-20 minutes. Fluff and stir in lime juice, cilantro, and butter. Keep warm.
In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until softened. Add ground beef, cook until browned, then stir in taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and water. Simmer 5-7 minutes.
Assemble bowls starting with rice, then add seasoned beef and toppings: beans, corn, lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, onion, cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, and jalapeño. Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
