1cupcooked rice(white jasmine rice)

15ouncecrushed tomatoes or tomato sauce
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce(optional)
0.5teaspoonItalian seasoning
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese blend(divided)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare peppers by cutting tops and removing seeds. Sauté onion and pepper tops in oil for 5 minutes.
Add ground beef to the skillet, cook until browned, then stir in garlic, tomatoes, Worcestershire, and Italian seasoning. Mix in cooked rice and half the cheese.
Stuff the peppers with the beef mixture, place in a baking dish with water at the bottom, cover with foil, and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove foil, sprinkle remaining cheese on top, and bake uncovered for another 5-10 minutes until cheese melts. Broil briefly if desired.
Notes
You can prepare the rice ahead of time for quicker assembly.
