Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, yogurt, oil, egg, and vanilla.
In another bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool before serving.
