These crispy buffalo chicken wontons are a perfect appetizer packed with protein and bold flavors.

Ingredients

Wonton wrappers

  • 1 pack Wonton wrappers

Cooked shredded chicken

  • 1 cup Cooked shredded chicken

Buffalo sauce

  • 0.5 cup Buffalo sauce

Cream cheese

  • 4 oz Cream cheese

Green onions

  • 2 stalks Green onions

Shredded cheese

  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheese

Cooking spray

  • as needed Cooking spray

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and cream cheese.
  • Place a spoonful of mixture in each wonton wrapper and fold.
  • Arrange filled wontons on a sprayed baking sheet and spray tops.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Garnish with green onions and cheese.

Notes

For extra crispiness, spray the wontons with cooking spray before baking.
