Avocado oil or butter (for greasing the griddle)

chopped strawberries, maple syrup, butter, chocolate chips, sliced bananas, etc.
Instructions
Add milk, vinegar, vanilla, strawberries, sugar, yogurt, egg, and melted butter to a blender. Blend until smooth, then let sit for 5 minutes.
Mix dry ingredients: strawberry powder, protein powder, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and flour in a bowl.
Combine wet and dry mixtures, then fold in crushed freeze-dried strawberries. Do not overmix.
Heat a greased skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake. Cook 2-3 minutes until golden, then flip and cook another 2-3 minutes.
Remove pancakes, keep warm if desired, and repeat with remaining batter. Serve hot with toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, top with fresh strawberries and a drizzle of maple syrup.
