Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, add ground beef, and cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
Add onion and garlic, cooking until soft (3-4 minutes).
Layer potatoes on beef, season, and top with cheeses. Pour broth around edges.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot!
Notes
For extra creaminess, add the optional milk.
