Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Sauté chopped celery, onion, and carrots until tender.
Add minced garlic, cooked turkey, broth, bay leaves, and seasonings; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add egg noodles and cook until tender, about 8 minutes.
Remove bay leaves, adjust seasoning, and serve hot.
Notes
You can use leftover cooked turkey for added flavor.
