Instructions
Pat salmon dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and blackening seasoning (if using).
Preheat broiler to middle rack. Melt butter and heat oil in oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic, water, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, and lemon juice; cook 30 seconds.
Place salmon skin side down; cook 3 minutes, basting with sauce.
Broil salmon on high for 5-6 minutes, basting once, until caramelized and cooked.
Garnish with minced parsley if desired.
