  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced) (see notes if you want to add even more flavor)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 410°F (210°C).
  • Place foil in a baking dish, add salmon, season with salt if desired.
  • Mix soy sauce, honey, oil, and garlic; pour over salmon.
  • Fold foil to make a loose packet.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until cooked through. Serve with sea salt flakes if desired.

Ensure salmon is cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for safety.
