Canned Soups and Broth

condensed cream of chicken soup

condensed cream of mushroom soup

chicken broth

Rotel

chopped green chiles

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Soak tortillas in broth, then cut into strips.
Saute onion and bell pepper in oil until soft, then add garlic and cook briefly.
Mix soups, Rotel, chiles, and jalapeno with 2 cups broth.
Layer tortillas, turkey, vegetables, and cheese in a dish, repeat layers, then pour soup mixture over.
Bake for 30-45 minutes, adding remaining cheese 10 minutes before done.
Notes
Use leftover turkey for a quick and delicious meal.
