A flavorful and creamy lemon chicken gnocchi dish that's quick to prepare and perfect for a comforting meal.

1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonlemon pepper seasoning((see note))
1tablespoonolive oil
1tablespoonbutter
2clovesgarlic (minced)
1/2cupchicken broth
1tablespoonlemon juice
1cupheavy/whipping cream
1pounduncooked potato gnocchi
1/2cupfreshly grated parmesan cheese
2cupsfresh baby spinach(packed)

Instructions
Slice chicken in half lengthwise, season with garlic powder and lemon pepper. Sear in oil and butter until golden and cooked through, then set aside.
Add garlic to the skillet and cook briefly, then stir in chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping brown bits from the pan.
Pour in cream and gnocchi, simmer uncovered for 5-7 minutes until thickened and gnocchi is cooked, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, stir in parmesan and spinach until wilted, then add chicken back and spoon sauce over. Season with salt and pepper, serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure not to pre-cook the gnocchi to allow it to release starch and thicken the sauce naturally.
