Enjoy these delicious and easy-to-make taco cups, perfect for a quick snack or party appetizer.
Ingredients
Meat and Seasonings

ground beef

packet
taco seasoning
10

Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chile’s

shredded Mexican cheese
Tortillas

packets
Mission Flour Street Tacos
Cooking spray
as needed
Pam or nonstick cooking spray
Optional garnishes
as desired
Sour cream, cilantro, guacamole, diced jalapeno
(for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray muffin tin with nonstick spray and place tortillas in each cup.
Cook ground beef until fully browned, drain, then mix with diced tomatoes and taco seasoning.
Add about 2 spoonfuls of meat mixture into each tortilla cup, then sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese melts. Garnish with optional toppings and serve.
Notes
Use a muffin tin for perfect cup shapes and spray generously to prevent sticking.
