Enjoy these delicious and easy-to-make taco cups, perfect for a quick snack or party appetizer.

Ingredients

Meat and Seasonings

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 10 oz Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chile’s
  • 1.5 cups shredded Mexican cheese

Tortillas

  • 2 packets Mission Flour Street Tacos

Cooking spray

  • as needed Pam or nonstick cooking spray

Optional garnishes

  • as desired Sour cream, cilantro, guacamole, diced jalapeno (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray muffin tin with nonstick spray and place tortillas in each cup.
  • Cook ground beef until fully browned, drain, then mix with diced tomatoes and taco seasoning.
  • Add about 2 spoonfuls of meat mixture into each tortilla cup, then sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese melts. Garnish with optional toppings and serve.

Notes

Use a muffin tin for perfect cup shapes and spray generously to prevent sticking.
