Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss fries with olive oil spray, salt, and pepper; bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
Cook ground turkey with taco seasoning in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
Transfer fries to a serving platter. Top with shredded cheese, cooked turkey, black beans, and diced tomatoes.
Return to oven for 3-5 minutes until cheese melts. Garnish with green onions, Greek yogurt, and cilantro. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime or hot sauce.
