Marshmallow Chocolate Cake
A rich and gooey chocolate cake topped with marshmallows and a glossy chocolate icing, perfect for special occasions.
Ingredients
Cake Mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 4 large eggs
- 10 oz. miniature marshmallows
- 2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
- 5 oz. evaporated milk
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix cake mix, water, oil, and eggs; pour into a greased pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes.
- Immediately sprinkle marshmallows over hot cake; let set.
- Heat butter, sugar, and milk; boil 30 seconds, then add chocolate chips and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour chocolate icing over marshmallows; cool completely before serving.
