Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
Shred the cooked chicken once cooled.
Layer cheese and shredded chicken on half of each tortilla, then fold in half.
Cook each quesadilla in the skillet with a little olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and melty.
Rest briefly, then slice into triangles and serve with sour cream mixed with hot sauce.
Notes
