Delicious mini cheeseburgers with garlic butter, perfect for parties or family dinners.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 tbsp dried minced onions
  • 1 tsp minced fresh garlic
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Buns

  • 12 dinner rolls dinner rolls (or potato rolls)

Cheese

  • 6 slices Colby and Monterrey Jack Cheese

Butter

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp minced fresh garlic

Instructions 

  • Mix ground beef, minced garlic, dried onions, and Worcestershire sauce. Divide into 12 portions and flatten into burger patties.
  • Cook burgers in a nonstick pan or grill until no longer pink, then set aside.
  • Slice dinner rolls in half, place a burger and a folded cheese slice inside each, then top with the roll.
  • Mix melted butter with minced garlic, brush over the assembled sliders, then bake at 350°F for 5 minutes.
  • Serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For extra flavor, add your favorite toppings like lettuce, tomato, or mustard.
