Delicious mini cheeseburgers with garlic butter, perfect for parties or family dinners.
Ingredients

ground beef

dried minced onions

minced fresh garlic

Worcestershire sauce

dinner rolls (or potato rolls)
Cheese

Colby and Monterrey Jack Cheese
Butter

unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions
Mix ground beef, minced garlic, dried onions, and Worcestershire sauce. Divide into 12 portions and flatten into burger patties.
Cook burgers in a nonstick pan or grill until no longer pink, then set aside.
Slice dinner rolls in half, place a burger and a folded cheese slice inside each, then top with the roll.
Mix melted butter with minced garlic, brush over the assembled sliders, then bake at 350°F for 5 minutes.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, add your favorite toppings like lettuce, tomato, or mustard.
