This easy no-knead bread infused with fresh rosemary offers a fragrant, crusty loaf with minimal effort.
Ingredients
Dough

all-purpose flour

sea salt

fresh rosemary leaves (chopped)

instant yeast

warm water

honey
Instructions
Mix flour, salt, rosemary, and yeast in a large bowl. Combine honey with warm water and add to dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.
Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for 3-4 hours until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) with a Dutch oven inside.
Shape the dough into a ball on a floured surface. Place into the hot Dutch oven, score the top, and cover.
Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Using fresh rosemary adds a wonderful aroma and flavor to the bread.
