A quick and flavorful seafood dish featuring shrimp, corn, and cherry tomatoes roasted to perfection with Old Bay seasoning.

corn (shucked and kernels removed)

Instructions
Preheat oven to broil on high, 6 inches from heat, and line a sheet pan with foil.
Toss corn with 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt on the prepared sheet; spread evenly.
Broil until corn chars in spots, tossing halfway, about 6-7 minutes. Remove from oven.
Pat shrimp dry, toss with 2 teaspoons olive oil, garlic, Old Bay, lemon zest, and ½ teaspoon salt.
Spread shrimp over corn, add tomatoes, drizzle with remaining oil, and broil until shrimp are opaque and tomatoes burst, about 7-8 minutes.
Top with chives and serve with lemon wedges.
