Instructions
Cook ground beef and diced onion until browned, then drain excess fat.
Add garlic, chili powder, and paprika; toast for 1-2 minutes.
Pour in broth, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes; season and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Add macaroni and cook until al dente, about 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted. Serve warm.
Notes
For a richer flavor, let the goulash sit for a few minutes before serving.
