Ingredients

Dairy

  • 170 g full fat sour cream
  • 56.7 g softened butter
  • 198 g green olives, drained and sliced
  • 170 g black olives, drained and sliced
  • 227 g shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 25 g thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 g garlic powder
  • 227 g loaf french bread
  • kosher salt
  • fresh cracked pepper

Instructions 

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine sour cream, garlic powder, butter, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Add cheese and green onion, then fold in olives.
  • Slice French bread and spread olive mixture on cut sides.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
  • Broil for 1-2 minutes, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add herbs like oregano or basil.
