Ingredients

Meat and Vegetables

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, diced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa

Optional Toppings

  • shredded cheese (to taste)
  • sour cream (to taste)
  • avocado (to taste)
  • cilantro (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Brown ground beef with onion and bell pepper in a skillet.
  • Drain excess fat, stir in taco seasoning and salsa.
  • Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
