This one-pot creamy beef and garlic butter pasta is a deliciously easy meal that combines savory beef, rich cream, and perfectly cooked pasta.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb ground beef

Pasta

  • 8 oz pasta

Broth

  • 4 cups beef broth

Fats

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter

Seasonings

  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped (chopped up real good)
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • to taste salt & pepper

Dairy

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

Garnish

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (for sprinkling on top)

Instructions 

  • Brown the ground beef in olive oil, draining excess grease.
  • Add butter, garlic, and seasonings; cook until fragrant.
  • Pour in beef broth and add pasta; simmer until cooked.
  • Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and mozzarella until melted.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  • Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a splash of Worcestershire sauce.
