Instructions
Brown the ground beef in olive oil, draining excess grease.
Add butter, garlic, and seasonings; cook until fragrant.
Pour in beef broth and add pasta; simmer until cooked.
Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and mozzarella until melted.
Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving.
Notes
