A flavorful and easy one-pot meal combining spicy Cajun seasoning, tender beef, and creamy pasta for a satisfying dinner.

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Cook ground beef until browned, then set aside.
Sauté diced onion and bell pepper until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Return beef to the pot, add Cajun seasoning, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
Add pasta, simmer covered for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in heavy cream, cook for 2-3 minutes, then add Parmesan cheese. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
