Instructions
Heat a large pan and spray with olive oil. Cook chicken until golden, then set aside.
In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until softened. Add spices and cook for 30 seconds.
Stir in orzo and cook until translucent. Add stock and simmer until absorbed and orzo is cooked.
Return chicken to pan, add sun-dried tomatoes, cream cheese, and half and half. Stir until creamy and heated through.
Mix in Parmesan and basil, season with salt and pepper, then serve.
Notes
Use fresh basil for best flavor and adjust seasoning as needed.
