flank steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
Seasoning

Cajun seasoning

Instructions
Coat steak pieces with Cajun seasoning.
Heat oil in skillet, sear steak 3-4 minutes, then set aside.
Sauté onion and peppers 5 minutes, add garlic, cook 1 minute.
Stir in rice, add broth, soy sauce, honey; bring to boil.
Reduce heat, cover, simmer 15 minutes. Return steak, fluff rice, season.
Notes
Adjust seasoning to taste and garnish with green onions before serving.
