Dough
1packagefrozen puff pastry sheets(thawed)
1.5cupsfreshly grated Parmesan cheese
2largeeggs(beaten)
2tablespoonsfresh rosemary(finely chopped)
1teaspoongarlic powder
0.5teaspoonblack pepper
0.25teaspoonsea salt flakes(for topping)
2tablespoonsmelted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Unfold puff pastry sheets on a floured surface. Beat eggs until smooth.
Mix Parmesan, rosemary, garlic powder, and black pepper. Brush pastry with egg wash, sprinkle with cheese mixture, then top with second sheet to form a sandwich.
Cut layered pastry into 1/2 inch strips, twist each, and place on baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. Press ends to prevent unraveling.
Brush twists with melted butter, sprinkle with remaining cheese mixture and sea salt. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
