A delicious and easy-to-make fruit crisp combining peaches and berries with a crunchy almond oat topping.

blanched almond flour (not almond meal)

brown sugar or coconut sugar

coconut oil (can sub ghee, butter, or vegan butter)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine peaches, blueberries, raspberries, maple syrup, tapioca flour, and orange juice in a bowl. Mix well and transfer to a baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix oats, almonds, almond flour, sugar, coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt to make the topping.
Spread the topping evenly over the fruit mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve warm.
Notes
Use fresh or frozen berries for best flavor. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat before serving.
