Delicious and cheesy quesadillas filled with savory steak and optional vegetables, perfect for a quick meal.
Ingredients
Dough

Flour tortillas

Steak
(sliced thin)

Cheese (Cheddar or Provolone)
(shredded)

Onions (optional)
(sliced)

Peppers (optional)

Salt and Pepper

Oil for cooking
Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook sliced steak until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
Sauté onions and peppers until soft, about 3 minutes.
Place a tortilla in the skillet, add steak, vegetables, cheese, then top with another tortilla.
Cook until bottom is crispy and cheese melts, flip and cook other side.
Cut into wedges and serve warm.
Notes
Use a non-stick skillet for easier flipping and cleanup.
