Instructions
Sauté onion and peppers in olive oil until soft, then add steak and seasoning. Cook until steak is done.
Add rice, tomato sauce, and chicken broth; stir and simmer until rice is fluffy and liquid is absorbed.
Top with cheese dip and let melt through the skillet.
Scoop onto plates and serve hot.
