Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (even thickness for even cooking)

Rice

  • 1 cup long-grain white rice (rinsed to remove excess starch)

Cream of Chicken Soup

  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup (creamy base)

Chicken Broth

  • 1 can 14.5 oz chicken broth (hydrates rice and adds flavor)

Ranch Dressing Mix

  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix (star seasoning)

Mixed Vegetables

  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (adds color and nutrition)

Garlic Powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (for savory depth)

Onion Powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (enhances overall taste)

Salt and Pepper

  • to taste salt and pepper (to season perfectly)

Cheddar Cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (melty topping)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Combine rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, ranch mix, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a baking dish.
  • Place chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture and sprinkle with mixed vegetables.
  • Bake uncovered for 40 minutes, then sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon before serving.
