A quick and flavorful sheet pan meal combining tender beef, crisp broccoli, and savory ramen in a delicious sauce.

Instructions
Cook ramen according to package, strain, coat with oil, and set aside.
Preheat oven to 425°F, line a baking sheet, and roast broccoli with salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp oil for 10 minutes.
Season sliced steak with salt, pepper, and arrowroot starch, then bake on the sheet pan with broccoli for 8-12 minutes until crisp.
Whisk together coconut aminos, broth, sugar, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and arrowroot to make the sauce, then simmer until thickened.
Add ramen, steak, and broccoli to the pan, pour sauce over, toss, and top with green onion before serving.
Notes
Adjust seasoning and cooking time based on your oven and preferences.
