A delicious and easy one-pan meal featuring tender salmon glazed with maple syrup, roasted potatoes, green beans, and cherry tomatoes.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Toss potatoes with 2 tbsp oil, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper, paprika, garlic, and onion powder. Roast 20 minutes.
Season salmon with ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper, and remaining spices. Mix glaze with maple syrup, mustard, lemon juice, and optional red pepper flakes.
Push potatoes to one side, add green beans and tomatoes, drizzle with remaining oil, season, and toss. Place salmon on the pan and brush with glaze.
Bake 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes. Brush with remaining glaze, broil 1–2 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
Ensure not to overbroil to prevent burning the glaze.
