A flavorful and easy-to-make seafood dish featuring shrimp, sausage, and vegetables all roasted on a sheet pan.
Ingredients

raw jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
Arrange shrimp, sausage, potatoes, corn, mushrooms, and onion on the sheet in a single layer.
Melt butter, then stir in Old Bay, garlic, and parsley. Brush generously over all ingredients.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until potatoes are tender. Serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
