A comforting and easy-to-make casserole featuring layers of beef, cheese, and crispy tater tots.
Ingredients

cream of mushroom soup

shredded sharp cheddar cheese

frozen tater tots
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Brown ground beef with diced onion in a skillet; drain excess grease.
Stir in cream of mushroom soup until heated through.
Layer half of the meat mixture, cheese, and tater tots in the baking dish.
Repeat layers with remaining ingredients and top with tater tots.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until tater tots are golden brown.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding spices or vegetables to the meat mixture.
