A hearty and flavorful one-pot meal combining ground beef, pasta, and chili spices for a quick, satisfying dinner.
Ingredients

1poundlean ground beef
1/2mediumonion (chopped)
3clovesgarlic (minced)
Spices and Broth
2tablespoonschili powder(see note)
1teaspoonsmoked paprika
1can (4 ounces)diced green chilies (mild or hot)
2cupsbeef broth
1can (15 ounces)tomato sauce
1/2cupheavy cream or evaporated milk
1cupuncooked elbow macaroni
2cupsMexican blend cheese or cheddar (shredded)
Seasoning
to tasteSalt & pepper
Instructions
Add beef and onions to a pot over medium-high heat. Cook 7-10 minutes, breaking meat apart. Drain excess fat if needed.
Stir in garlic, chili powder, smoked paprika, and green chilies.
Add broth, tomato sauce, and cream; bring to a boil. Add pasta, reduce heat, and simmer 13 minutes until pasta is cooked and liquid reduces. Stir occasionally.
Remove from heat, stir in cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Cover and let sit for a few minutes to melt cheese.
Notes
You can add extra cheese on top for a melty finish or adjust seasoning to taste.
