Ingredients

shredded green cabbage

julienned carrots
(packed (about 3 carrots))

freshly chopped dill

sliced onion
(use green or red)

black sesame seeds
(or regular)

(Dijon or Yellow)

(non dairy, cashew-based)

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, dill, and sliced onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, honey, sour cream, and apple cider vinegar.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to combine.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and season with sea salt and garlic granules.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
This salad is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
