A quick and hearty skillet dish combining ground beef, rice, garlic, and butter for a comforting dinner.
Ingredients

long-grain white rice

beef broth (480ml), low sodium preferred

Instructions
Dice onion, mince garlic, and measure rice and broth.
Cook ground beef in 1 tablespoon butter until browned, season with salt and pepper.
Push beef aside, sauté onions in remaining butter until translucent, add garlic, cook 1 min.
Add rice, toast 2 min, then pour in broth, bring to boil, cover, and simmer 20 min.
Remove from heat, let sit 5 min, fluff rice, adjust seasoning, and garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of soy sauce or a sprinkle of cheese before serving.
