This Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff is a hearty and comforting dish, perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients

beef chuck roast, cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions
Pat the beef dry and season with salt and pepper.
Brown the beef in a skillet, then transfer to the slow cooker.
Cook onion, mushrooms, and garlic in the skillet until softened, then add to the slow cooker.
Stir in cream of mushroom soup and beef broth, then cover and cook.
Stir in sour cream just before serving.
Garnish with parsley and serve over egg noodles.
