1.5poundscooked chicken(diced)
1cupsour cream
0.5teaspoonsalt
0.25teaspoongarlic powder
0.25teaspoonpepper
2cupsshredded Monterey Jack cheese
2tablespoonsSouthwest Seasoning
0.5cupdiced green pepper
0.5cupdiced red pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray muffin pans with cooking spray.
Place one wonton wrapper in each cup; bake 8-10 minutes until lightly brown. Cool.
Mix chicken, sour cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Combine cheese with Southwest Seasoning.
Fill wonton cups with chicken mixture, sprinkle with cheese and peppers. Bake 10 minutes until golden and melted.
