beef sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced

Instructions
Marinate the beef with gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar for 10–15 minutes.
Cook ramen noodles until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Grill the marinated beef for 2–3 minutes per side until cooked and slightly charred.
In the same pan, heat heavy cream and milk, add cream cheese, and simmer until thickened. Add chili flakes if desired.
Toss noodles in the sauce, then serve topped with grilled beef, green onions, sesame seeds, and a soft-boiled egg if using.
Notes
For extra heat, add more chili flakes or sliced chili peppers.
