Instructions
Marinate chicken: combine marinade ingredients, add chicken, refrigerate 8-24 hours.
Grill chicken: cook 5-6 minutes per side, then cool and slice into strips.
Make spicy ranch dressing: mix ranch dressing and hot sauce.
Assemble salad: combine lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, beans, peppers, avocado, corn, onion, tortilla strips, cilantro, and lime juice. Drizzle with dressing.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate overnight.
