These savory spinach balls are perfect as an appetizer or side dish, combining fresh greens with cheesy, flavorful ingredients.
Ingredients
Spinach

packages
frozen spinach, thawed & well-drained

small
onions, very finely chopped
(processed in food processor)
2 1/4
cups
stuffing with herbs
(Pepperidge Farm)

eggs
beaten eggs
1/2
cup
butter, melted
1/2
cup
Parmesan cheese

garlic salt

tsp
black pepper
Instructions
Drain spinach thoroughly and squeeze out excess water.
Mix all ingredients until well combined, then form into 1-inch balls.
Place balls on a sprayed baking sheet and bake at 350°F (177°C) for 20 minutes.
Serve hot or at room temperature. Frozen balls can be reheated in the oven at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
Notes
For best results, freeze baked or unbaked balls for later use.
