These savory spinach dip bites are perfect for parties or as a tasty appetizer, combining creamy cheese, spinach, and artichokes in a convenient mini muffin form.

Ingredients

  • 7 ounces artichoke hearts (drained and chopped) (optional)
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach (thawed, drained, and chopped)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded and divided)
  • 1 teaspoon Stone House Seasoning
  • 1 package Crescent Roll Dough Sheet

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375º F (190º C).
  • Mix all ingredients except 2 tbsp Parmesan and 3/4 cup mozzarella until combined.
  • Roll dough into an 8x12-inch rectangle and cut into 24 squares.
  • Press each square into mini muffin cups and fill with dip mixture.
  • Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, then bake for 15 minutes until golden.
