Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb tender steak (sirloin or ribeye)

Grains

  • 2 cups cooked rice

Dairy

  • 1 cup creamy queso cheese

Oils & Condiments

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Spices

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Seasonings

Garnish

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season steak with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook steak in skillet until browned and cooked to desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  • Let the steak rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
