1/4cupsoy sauce
2tbsphoisin sauce
1tbspbrown sugar
1tbsprice vinegar
1tbspfresh ginger, grated
3clovesgarlic, minced

Instructions
Whisk soy sauce, hoisin, sugar, vinegar, and sriracha until sugar dissolves.
Toss beef with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
Cook noodles according to package, drain, set aside.
Heat oil, sear beef 2 min per side, remove from pan.
