  • 1 2/3 cups granulated sugar

Large Eggs

  • 3 large eggs, (room temperature)

Vegetable Oil

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Vanilla Extract

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Vanilla Bean Paste

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste

Whole Milk

  • 1 cup whole milk, (room temperature)

Fresh Strawberries

  • 2 pounds fresh strawberries, (washed and dried, divided)

Granulated Sugar

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Full-fat Cream Cheese

  • 10 ounces full-fat cream cheese, (cold)

Confectioners' Sugar

  • 1 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar

Vanilla Extract

  • 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract

Fine Sea Salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt

Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, (cold)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350ยบ F. Spray three 8-inch round cake pans with cooking spray and line the bottoms with parchment paper.
